X sign-in

When you choose to sign in, X shares your account ID, display name, username and profile image with this game. We use these to identify your session and authorize online play. We do not request your password, email address or permissions to publish, follow, like or repost.

Session and game saves

Your signed-in session is stored in an encrypted, HttpOnly browser cookie that expires after seven days. Sign out from the account page to remove it. We do not store your X access token in local storage or a user database. Game progress, cards and preferences remain in this browser’s local storage; signing in does not upload or synchronize your save. Clearing site data removes your local progress.

Online play and hosting

Vercel serves the website and Cloudflare connects online players to the game server. These services process network and security information needed to operate the site. The arena checks a short-lived authorization ticket linked to your X account ID; match state is kept in memory. You can revoke Meme Riot access through X’s connected-app settings.

Optional social links

Following, posting, liking and reposting are optional and provide no gameplay rewards. These links open X, where you review and confirm each action under X’s own privacy policy.
